Global Marine Supply Network

The World's Leading Global AUS40 / Marine DEF Supply Network

Supplying AUS40/Marine DEF to SCR-equipped vessels at ports worldwide. Reliable, compliant, global.

What We Do

SCR Compliance.
Solved Globally.

MarineAUS40 delivers cost-effective AUS40 and Marine DEF supply solutions, helping the marine industry comply with increasingly strict NOx emission regulations. SCR technology is now the standard for reducing nitrogen oxide emissions across all vessel types — and we are focused entirely on making AUS40 / Marine DEF available wherever SCR-equipped vessels operate.

Our global network supports shipowners, operators, and bunkering companies with the supply availability, handling equipment, and logistics expertise needed to run SCR systems efficiently at sea.

What We Deliver

Product & Solutions

Everything a vessel needs to operate its SCR system — from the fluid itself to global port availability.

🧪

AUS40 / Marine DEF

A 40% high purity urea solution. Known as AUS40 internationally and Marine DEF in North America, it is the reducing agent used in marine SCR systems to break down NOx emissions into harmless nitrogen and water vapour.

🌐

Global Port Supply

A growing network of supply points at ports worldwide. Orders can be placed at any active location — and upon confirmation, at any other port shown on our network map.

Why Now

A Growing Global Requirement

Tightening international emission standards mean SCR adoption is no longer optional — it is the direction the entire industry is moving.

IMO NOx Regulations

The IMO's Tier III standards require vessels in ECAs to reduce NOx by up to 80%. SCR with AUS40 / Marine DEF is the primary compliance solution.

Expanding Emission Control Areas

North America, Northern Europe, the Baltic and North Sea are already designated zones — more regions are following. Every new ECA creates new demand.

All Vessel Types

SCR is being fitted across all vessel types and sizes. MarineAUS40 serves any vessel with an SCR system, regardless of size or flag.

First-Mover Advantage

MarineAUS40 is building the world's first dedicated global AUS40 / Marine DEF network. Join now to secure your position in a fast-growing market.

FAQ

Common Questions

Everything you need to know about AUS40, Marine DEF, and the MarineAUS40 supply network.

AUS40 is a 40% aqueous urea solution used as a reducing agent in marine SCR systems. In North America it is referred to as Marine DEF — Diesel Exhaust Fluid. It reacts with NOx gases, breaking them down into harmless nitrogen and water vapour.
AdBlue (AUS32 / DEF) is used in road vehicles and contains 32.5% urea. AUS40 / Marine DEF contains 40% urea, formulated specifically for the larger SCR systems used in marine engines.
Any vessel equipped with an SCR system requires AUS40 / Marine DEF — container ships, tankers, ferries, offshore vessels, cruise ships and more. Size does not determine the requirement, the SCR system does.
The IMO's Tier III NOx standards mandate significant reductions in nitrogen oxide emissions for vessels in Emission Control Areas. SCR technology using AUS40 / Marine DEF is the most widely adopted compliance solution.
